Modern and luxury place with very gracious staff with the evil male manager. Magnificent location in Tokyo right by department stores and the luxury shops-LV.

The beds where quiet, the room was tidy with free massage chair. The location was marvellous and magnificent and the stuff were COURTEOUS. I've stayed here before and would absolutely stay here again.

Small hotel in a super nice area very close to Ginza for shopping, restaurants and eateries and various theaters as well as the Midtown Tokyo Hibiya mall and building. Welcoming, very gracious people working here. Nice building and rooms with a bathtub. Nice design. Marvellous location - close to an urban mall. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Breakfast with miso soup, free flow rice plus Muji Cafe. Units outside in the bedroom. Great location next to popular restaurants under the subway, and only about 20 minutes' walk to Tokyo centre.

Its location was particularly good and magnificent, to forinstance Akihibara electronic area. I had local food for breakfast at Muji Cafe & Meal...

I had a fantastic stay at a modern and convenient hotel in Tokyo. The room was small but very nice and modern with a rainfall shower that was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, close to Ginza and Yurakucho stations and right next to the big shopping district. The hotel even let me check out late for free, which was a great help with my late flight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, conveniently located, nice design in the rooms.
The staff speaks barely no English. The small double room is very small.

Plenty of food available in the restaurant. Well-appointed and functionalroom with good electronics, a 'large single bed' plus free massage chair as advertised. What an excellent and unbeatable location very close to the rail tracks! And near to great transport links and marvellous food on the doorstep.

The room was small but had all the amenities I needed, including a massage chair. The bathroom was clean and bright. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to food, shopping, and sightseeing. The free breakfast from a popular chain of cafes was a definite highlight. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Good location for shopping
1) Hotel has no services at all. It is just rooms and small reception. Breakfast is served in a nearby public bar. Forget about any kind of other service. 2) NO WI-FI ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING. Only LAN cable connection in the rooms. 3) Very RUDE and UNFRIENDLY STAFF (shocking for Japan!). Most of them do NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. 4) Extremely small rooms (also for Tokyo standards), definitely OVERPRICED.
